Sukha Shack located in Edmonton, Alberta started out as a labor of love for Albertans and grew to attract people from all over the world looking for healing. We opened our doors in January 2009 with an intention to provide non-invasive, gentle and practical Alternative Health and Wellness tools in the form of Yoga, Energy Healing, Acupressure, Reflexology and Meditation. We believe that every being has the potential to heal themselves, we facilitate your health and wellness and offer tools that you can use to improve the quality of your lives.

What makes this space and our healing sessions unique is the experience we’ve had healing from injuries and the energy we’ve created here: instantly relaxing, soothing, calming and healing, from the minute you walk into our space, you will feel better.
