Beyond Fitness

Beyond Fitness is a premiere training facility that provides customized training. We are not your typical big box gym, nor do we aspire to be. Our appointment only, private setting allows our clients to train in a non-intimidating environment that encourages and promotes success. Most of our training is offered at our ‘State of the Art’ facility in Chaska, but we can accommodate clients who want to train in their home, business or other locations. Training is provided by quality trainers with the highest, nationally recognized certification, in the fitness industry (A-CPT Advanced Certified Personal Trainer).

Our 1-on-1 training will be tailored precisely to each clients goals and their fitness capability. Personal Training clients receive a Comprehensive Health & Fitness Assessment free of charge every 12-16 sessions. This is a great option for someone who requires a flexible schedule.

Small Group Training combines the advantages of working with an advanced certified personal trainer and the motivation and support of being part of a group, all at a price you can afford. These specialized group training sessions are limited to 18 clients; offer a high level of personal instruction and challenge each individual with multiple exercise levels.
