The studio at Bikram Alexandria occupies a total area of 6500 sq ft with the main yoga room comprising 1500 sq ft. The yoga room is 60′ x 25′ and has additional space on both ends to accommodate large classes. Both locker rooms are equipped with handicapped accessible showers, sinks, and commodes. There is a large lobby area with ample waiting areas outside the yoga room. Additional rooms are available for massage, chiropractic, acupuncture, etc.
We also offer a new infrared sauna. It is great for detoxing heavy metals from the body and alleviating symptoms from other illnesses. Each session can be up to 40 minutes. Call the studio for an appointment.
