For over 20 years, owner and Nutritionist Laurie Campion has been offering weight management and detox programs. She also addresses health issues such as digestive problems, diabetes, chronic fatigue, stress, depression and anxiety.
Consultations are available in person and by phone and include a heath evaluation, lab testing, menu planning, lifestyle changes and supplement recommendations to address any health issues that show up on the evaluation.
Laurie does not promote a particular diet or supplements but rather addresses your individual nutritional needs. She offers programs that span from Vegan to Paleo and Ketogenic diets and will work with you to provide a nutrition plan that adapts to your lifestyle and food preferences, offering guidance in how to put a plan into practice to be successful.
