Ganesha Hot Yoga St Pete is a Hot Yoga Studio offering several different types of yoga, including the original Bikram series, Power Flow, Yin Yoga for Athletes, and Pre-Natal Yoga.
Our specialty is BIKRAM YOGA, which is the “original” hot yoga. This class is best known for it’s weight loss benefits and is designed for BEGINNERS – it is a 26 posture system to restore and revitalize the body no matter what your level of fitness.
All of our teachers are certified Bikram Method instructors or registered with the Yoga Alliance.
