Geaux Play Sports Training & Fitness is a state-of-the- art training and fitness facility where athletes can train with the pros and adults can get fit.
Located in Pelham, Alabama, Geaux Play is an indoor sports facility that specializes in baseball/softball training, speed/strength training (for all sports) and fitness for both youth and adults. Our newest program Krav Maga, is a simple but very effective self defense system.
Our goal is to provide a quality teaching environment with quality instruction to enhance the baseball and softball experience for players at all levels from little league through the pros. We do this by providing high-quality personal or group instruction, opportunities to practice in our professional batting cages, and to engage in our membership program to maximize the benefits.
