When a customer comes in to our office we examine their videos, cassette tapes, records, pictures, slides and whatever else they have. Why do we do this? We want the customer to know up front if anything is wrong with their tapes. We look to see if the tape has mold or is broken. We look for scratches on records or slides and to determine if pictures are bent or ripped. We do this so that the customer understands what could happen and what the fees are to correct them. We strive to not surprise the customer with hidden costs. We also communicate with the customer during the transfer process to let them know everything proceeding.
Our services are offered US wide so you can ship us your VHS tapes or other forms of media and we can convert them for you and ship them back. We even offer expedited service to all of our customers who need their media in a hurry. Let us know of your needs and we can take care of you!
