Phoenix Equestrian Center located in Hamburg, New Jersey offers a comprehensive education in horseback riding. Students learn to groom, tack-up and care for the horse, as well as learning to ride.
Our summer program is organized to address the needs of youngsters, ages 5 to 17, who are serious in their desire to learn all about the horse and horsemanship. Our program teaches horsemanship based on traditional, classical principles. We are committed to developing safe, skilled and strong riders. We start by developing strength and balance. We emphasize
the building of a strong, secure seat and leg which are the foundation of successful riding. The program gives participants the experience of safe, intensive training, covering all aspects of horsemanship.
