The PRO Martial Arts System includes an exciting and diverse curriculum of martial arts techniques drawn from the Korean arts of Tang Soo Do, Tae Kwon Do and Hapkido.

Our basic classes are designed for kids ages 5 to 12 and teens from 13 to 17. The Teen curriculum adds real life defense, while focusing on the development of strength, flexibility and cardiovascular ability.
