At Rescue Yoga located in Carrollton, Texas, our goal is to improve the quality of life and longevity for our clients. We offer all types of fitness classes including yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates. Every class is designed with our clients in mind and we intuitively provide their bodies with what it needs.
We specialize in showing compassion for physical ailments to include neck and back pain, arthritis, plantar fasciitis as well as injury/illness recovery. Our teachers are extensively trained in multiple disciplines of yoga and are passionate in sharing yoga for healing. Classes are taught at room temperature and we supply all the props (mats, blocks, straps, blankets) you will need for your practice.
