The goal of Silent Tiger Martial Arts is to provide a family oriented center which allows the training of self defense, physical empowerment, and the reinforcement of family values through the study of martial art.
Our fitness kickboxing classes is a specialized program designed for a woman by a woman. With our classes you can create an active body, active mind, lose weight and tone muscles. It is a cardio workout like no other. Boxing gloves, hand wraps and indoor shoes are required. There is a dress code in effect: No tank tops, no short shorts.
