At stretch dynamics we use two of the three main forms of stretching to increase range of motion and flexibility – Dynamic stretching and PNF stretching. Stretching increases range of motion, helps prevent injuries, relieves stress, improves posture and enhances athletic performance.
We utilize a state of the art table and belting system to stabilize the body and relax the nervous systems own restriction reflex or stretch reflex. By using the table we are able to bring the muscles safely to better flexibility and range of motion.
