The Yoga Retreat located in Southlake, Texas is a boutique studio offering a variety of yoga classes for all level yogis in a heated and non-heated environment. The studio has an infrared radiant heating system that helps remove toxins, improves flexibility and removes muscles stiffness. It also has convenient changing areas and showers.
All the classes taught at the studio maintain the sanctity of vinyasa yoga and slow flow. Each posture transitions into another one with breath. We guide you to connect to your breath, lock your energy and then flow through your yoga practice. We also offer YIN Yoga classes, which helps in reducing stress and release tension. This style of yoga increases the blood flow and increases flexibility in the joints.
The regular practice of yoga increases stamina, physical strength and flexibility. It also brings focus and clarity to the mind. The core principles of yoga practice are to maintain mental and physical strength and to accept all changes in life, learning to be in the present moment.
